SPINNING
Spinning
Spinning is an intense 45-min workout on a special stationary indoor cycling bike. In your mind, motivated by the instructor and uplifting music, you'll be going up and down the hills, adjusting the resistance on your wheel as you move along

Spin & Pump
Spin 'n Pump consists of a 30-min strength ride with a 20-min circuit training (1 min, max rep) for total body conditioning

Spin & Core
Spin 'n Core consists of a 30-min interval ride with a 20-min toning session for core stability (abdominals and back muscles)

Spin Total 
Spin Total consists of a 50-min  ride followed by a 25-min total body circuit training for toning and stretching
