Hatha Flow (1+4)
Hatha Flow is a strong yoga class in which movements are synchronized to the breath (inhale and exhale) and positions kept longer than in a Power Yoga class. Room temperature is held at 30 degrees Celsius. So prepare to sweat, flex deep and de-tox.

Power Yoga (1+2+4)
Power Yoga is the ultimate wake-up call. Prepare to move in and out of positions, while staying quiet and focused on your breath. It's dynamic yoga, with here and there a jump to connect one position to another. Room temperature is held at 25-27 degrees Celsius.

Ashtanga Yoga (1+2+4)
Ashtanga Yoga is the most powerful yoga class on the schedule. It's an 90 min class according to the traditional primary series. Room temperature will be held at 25-27 degrees Celsius.
