To achieve OPTIMUM FITNESS we focus on or make a combination of the following fitness elemens: 1. Cardio Vascular Endurance 2. Muscular Strength & Toning 3. Dance & Aerobics 4. Body & Mind / Flexibility
And we use different fitness techniques, such as: - 1 minute, maximum repetitions - Pilates (full ROM, few repetitions) - Callenetics (short ROM, many repetitions) - Anti-Gravity principles (working with your own body weight, eccentric contraction) - Iso metrics (no movement, maximum contraction) - Plyo metrics (explosive movements) - Military drills (fast, exhausting, short...going to the MAX) - Body Building & Toning (using intermediate to heavy resistance)
